We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases. If the item is broken or damaged, contact us within two days of receipt. Or if you just don't like it, contact us within 10 days of your purchase. We will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and you will receive a full credit, exchange or refund (excluding special order or custom order merchandise).

Fast Delivery! Orders that are in by 5 p.m. will arrive at your office the following day by 3 p.m. Special items or furniture requiring assembly take 2-3 days.
Free Delivery! ROSI offers free delivery on all orders anywhere in the United States. Most orders within our local area will be shipped on our trucks. Shipments outside our delivery area will be shipped via UPS next day (excluding furniture).
Local orders shipped on out trucks will receive an invoice with their delivery. Customers outside our local delivery area will be mailed an invoice within two days. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards.
We take security very seriously. Shopping at ROSI is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that your transactions stay private and protected. ROSI will not sell, distribute, or make available any of our customers information. Such information is for the sole use of ROSI Office Products.
