We accept all print cartridges for re-use or recycle. With the help of our strategic partners we are pleased to offer our customers a new, robust comprehensive environmentally responsible way to recycle used ink and toner cartridges.
The Facts – Why Recycle Each discarded laser cartridge adds approximately 3.4 pounds of metal and plastic waste to our landfills – waste that will take as long as 1,000 years to decompose. It is estimated that 100 million laser cartridges and 400 million ink jet cartridges are produced each year. Remanufacturing these 500 million cartridges will save an estimated four million cubic feet of landfill space. More than 3 quarts of oil are used to produce each cartridge. The plastic used in each cartridge takes more than 10 centuries (that’s 1,000 years!) to decompose.
Where do the cartridges go? Every empty cartridge received is evaluated; A remanufacturable cartridge is disassembled and as many components as possible are reused. Cartridges that are non-remanufacturable are disassembled, sorted into material types and recycled. This Closed-Loop Environmental Process ensures that every component of the empty cartridges collected is either remanufactured or recycled.
How does it work – How can I get started? Instead of discarding your cartridges in the trash, just return them to our facility. We will work with our strategic partners to ensure that the cartridges find a new role either as a remanufactured cartridge or as recycled components used in everything from playground equipment to office furniture.

All proceeds or money earned will be donated on behalf of our customers to “City of Hope” renowned Cancer Research and Treatment Institute.
